IGM's enthusiastic and safety concious coaches strive to provide the most professional and fun gymnastics instruction to all students. Our coaches receive on-going training to ensure that they are equipped with the finest training techniques available, are USAG safety certified, and have been background checked. Our goal is to always provide the best team of coaches available within our community. We are proud to have trained two United States National Rhythmic Team members; Michelle Milstein and Sarah Kudishevich.
"A coach is someone who tells you what you don't want to hear, who has you see what you don't want to see, so you can be who you have always known you could be."- Tom Landry

IGM Gymnastics Girls' Artistic Team
(Pre-Team & Competitive Team)
IGM Gymnastics Girls' Artistic program is developed and supervised by Irina Kim, sister of Olympic gold medalist and F.I.G. Vice President Nellie Kim.
We follow the USA Gymnastics curriculum to teach the fundamental gymnastics skills on the floor, trampoline, uneven bars, beam, and vault. This curriculum is based on the Junior Olympic program model which was developed with the belief that all athletes must have a solid foundation of specific skills in order to advance safely through the Levels (1-10, elite) within the program.
Gymnasts are placed in the appropriate level according to skills and age. Students advance to the next level based on regular testing of their ability. Competitive team levels advance to the next level after achieving a score mandated by USAG and after their coach(es) approval.
Our competitive team also competes throughout the year at various in-state and out-of-state invitational competitions as well as the Minnesota State & Regional Gymnastics competitions.
If you have any further questions or would like to schedule an evaluation for your daughter please contact the gym at 952-898-3889 or by email: igm@igmgymnastics.com
